First email: Hi Peter, good afternoon. Unfortunately, it's impossible for me to attend the meeting scheduled for next Friday 3th in Zurich. Instead of me, Maria Rodriguez will attent to it. She is fully up to day on project's details. I hope I'll see you soon some other time. Second email: Dear Sr Hansen. Unfortunately, due to some problems with my agenda, it will be impossible for me to attend the meeting scheduled in your Zurich premises on Friday 3th. My mate, MR will go instead of me. She is totally prepared to advise you and she knows all problem details. I am sorry for the inconveniences. I will be looking forward to meeting you on the future. Best regards. Third email: Hi Maria, I'm afraid you will have to go to Zurich next Friday in my place. Some difficulties have occured with another project and it's impossible for me to go there. Antonio will give you a paper with all the project's information. Regards.
